the flagApril 23rd was the St.George's Day Hash

BS and CB were the Hares

" And did those feet in ancient time walk upon Bexhills lovely fields, and did the golden beer of Kingfisher end up in Elize's ear?"

Such was the patriotic sentiments of the hash on this St George's Day

And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That drank with us upon Saint Georges's day

Actually that was Saint Crispin's day, but close enough.

who's who?? The rain held off and the run/walk went quite smoothly until Bushsquatter got lost in the woods she runs every week. The tragedy was she was carrying the beer, and the thirsty runners had to wait for the lost to get unlost. This gives verity to one of the few rules in hashing " never follow Bushsquatter".

Also,Jobsworth is getting too wide for the trails and managed to rip his sacred hash shirt.

At the down-downs the notables were Puss in Boots for some comedic parking, Bushsquatter for getting lost and Elize was named Lotus for being fast, agile, elegant and presumably expensive. 12year old boys beware.

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his beer with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile.
