Cliffbanger and Bushsquatter were the Hares

It was an ominous start when the runners sped past a check-back the walkers easily spotted. They then darted down an alley with no sawdust at all; luckily Bushsquatter came to the rescue and got them on track.
With a jet-lagged Kingfisher and an obviously hung-over Playaway as front runners and trail finders it not surprising the walkers beat the runners to the beer check by a full 15 mins.

The rascally ragged runners tried to blame the hare for their tardiness but with a perfectly laid out trail this clearly could not be true!

The weather was perfect and the views outstanding;unfortunately the hoped for fly past of WW11 planes did not take place until the circle up when attention was diverted.

Cliffbanger received about 4 down-downs and is not sure what for, it certainly wasn't for running. Other charges were Muppet for not having a mouth big enough, Bushsquatter& Queenfisher for not knowing the route after having walked it and run it the days before ,and Dot as a visitor
Dirty Harry actually got one for honesty and Well Mounted for scrumping.
