The 173rd hash was on Sunday October 1st in Robertsbridge.

It was a loopy run!
The first loop took the pack about a mile round the fields and railway tracks of Robertsbridge culminating in a carpet path terminating jut a few yards from where we had started.

At the first check CB took the Left and BS the right, both finding sawdust, but it was not until he was about a mile in did CB notice arrows going in the opposite direction. So he was not running miles faster than anyone else he was running the wrong way. A short distance on he overtook the walkers who were doing the same thing.

It's good fun sorting out a trail backwards and on your own but CB paid the price by missing the beer-check.
Dancing Queen went the right way in opposition to the walkers but did not find the trail or BC either.

There were happy reunions back in Robertsbridge and an abandonment of the circle in favour of food. Now that's a hash with its priorities right.
